At The Montfort Group, every therapist shares the same foundation: a curated, high-touch approach grounded in emotional intelligence and clinical excellence.
Our tier structure simply reflects depth of experience and focus, offering clients a range of ways to access the same Montfort standard of care — from our senior clinicians’ seasoned insight to the guided structure of our Fellowship program.
Our licensed associates provide a deeply engaged and focused therapeutic experience, combining advanced clinical training with personalized attention. They work closely with our leadership team to ensure continuity, growth, and excellence in care. Clients who value both expertise and accessibility often find this level of collaboration to be the right fit.
The Montfort Fellowship represents the next generation of our practice — emerging clinicians carefully selected and trained within The Montfort Method. Fellows offer the same curated experience and elevated standard of care under direct supervision by Cory Montfort, LPC-S. This tier is ideal for clients seeking a structured, guided approach with the warmth and attentiveness that define our practice.
Our senior clinicians bring decades of experience supporting leaders, couples, and families navigating the complexities of success, transition, and connection. Each clinician blends evidence-based practice with The Montfort Method’s emphasis on clarity, grounded insight, and emotional fluency. This tier is ideal for clients seeking seasoned expertise and strategic depth in their therapeutic work.
*if you booked a longer visit, the rate will be prorated accordingly. Also, to account for the time it takes to develop your personalized treatment plan, initial intake assessment sessions incur a one-time additional fee of $50. For individual appointments, either a 50-minute or 80-minute session is acceptable for your first visit. For couples, please schedule either an 80-minute or 110-minute appointment.
Please call and/or email our office 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your session without incurring a fee. When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve time and resources specifically for you. For this reason, regular session fees will apply if sessions are missed without advance notice. Counseling sessions at The Montfort Group are considered out-of-network, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that will reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. We’re happy to provide monthly superbills and guide you through the process.
To make reimbursement easier, we recommend Thrizer—a secure platform that verifies your benefits, submits your superbills, and manages communication with your insurance provider. Once your deductible is met, many clients receive direct deposit reimbursements within a few weeks. You can also use HSA or FSA cards to pay for sessions.
To find out what your insurance will cover, contact your provider or create a free account at www.thrizer.com to get started.
Cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA, and Flex cards are accepted for payment.
If you’re planning to use out-of-network benefits, we provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider. But we understand the process can feel confusing or time-consuming. That’s why many of our clients use Thrizer—a secure, client-friendly platform that simplifies reimbursement.
Thrizer handles the back-and-forth with your insurance company and updates you along the way—so you can focus on your healing, not the paperwork.
Have questions about whether you qualify for reimbursement or how to read your superbill? Just reach out. We’re happy to help.
