Counseling for Teens

Plano Counseling for teens

Being a teenager is hard – and being the parent of one can be even more difficult. Counseling for teens and parent education can help.  As parents we want our teens to be confident and happy with themselves, have good social and financial skills, build strong relationships, be responsible with their health, pursue meaningful extracurriculars, be successful in school — and ultimately successful in building their own careers and families.

We have a natural rapport with teens and are able to talk them through the myriad of issues that arise in their world. Through our training and experience, we can help teens take charge of their life, grow their confidence and build the foundation for their best life.

A good percentage of our practice is devoted to helping teenagers cope with their ever-changing world. Our therapists work with issues including body image, social media, self-harm, peer relationships, bullying, college transition and more. Contact us and let’s work together to help your teen maneuver through life’s challenges.
