Your Story: A Living Kintsugi

Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese art form that repairs broken pottery with gold. Rather than hiding broken lines and flawed edges, a vivid lacquer joins each fragment together, resulting in a repaired piece that’s stronger and more beautiful than the original.

You may feel like your life is in pieces, but your story isn’t finished. You can become a living Kintsugi—more resilient, empathetic, and aware than ever before. This idea is central to our philosophy at The Montfort Group, which centers on approaching areas of brokenness as opportunities for new beginnings.

This is a safe space–

—and it’s yours for as long as you need it.

Learn More About Our Total-Person Approach to Therapy

Our group was born out of the need for a highly-personalized, holistic approach to therapy.

A personal breaking point. An unexpected loss. A fork in the road. An old trauma triggered by a new relationship. The circumstances that brought you here are unique. We believe the path to improved mental health should be, too.

While our highly-trained therapists bring specialized backgrounds and varied philosophies to the table, as a group, we operate with one unified strategy in mind. Working collaboratively, we’ll help you maximize your unique strengths and uncover the best version of yourself—while discovering new ways to redefine your relationships as seasons shift.

Curated with Wellness in Mind

We’ve curated a calm, sensory-driven setting for therapeutic intervention that promotes total-person wellness.

There’s inherent beauty in healing—a truth reflected by our treatment environment. Instead of clinical white walls and stiff seating, you’ll step into a safe haven. A space that has been intentionally designed to increase your receptivity to therapeutic intervention and maximize the investment of your time.

With the goal of inspiring a well-lived life both in and out of our therapy sessions, and the knowledge that an ideal environment improves results, we’ve poured an incredible amount of intention into every detail of your experience with us. We trust you’ll feel the difference from the moment you step through our doors.

From the moment you reach out to me, I hope you’ll begin to recognize the unique place of importance you occupy in your family, your career, and even in my office. Feeling worthy of love is the baseline of mental and emotional health, and certainly a continuous journey for most of us. I make a conscious effort to infuse my entire practice with this principle in mind.
